About me

Originally from New York, I moved to Hawaii a couple of years ago after spending over 10 years in my home country, Japan.  I am both fluent in English and Japanese!  My path to massage therapy began with my long-standing passion for yoga (and surfing!) and a fascination with body anatomy.


Recently embarking on my career as a massage therapist, I am eager to combine my yoga experience and knowledge with massage to provide a holistic approach to healing.

What are the benefits of massage?

 

Massage therapy nurtures the body, mind, and spirit, fostering a deep sense of relaxation and inner balance. It releases physical tension while also clearing energetic blockages, allowing the body’s natural healing processes to flow more freely. By calming the nervous system, massage soothes the mind and promotes a sense of emotional harmony. 

 

How does mobile massage work?

 I will bring everything required for your massage—A massage table, sheets, etc.  The table is sanitized, and the sheets are thoroughly washed after each use.  Just ensure there’s enough space for the table (W: 84.3in, D: 36.2in).

What kind of techniques will be used?

 My massage style combines Swedish, Lomi Lomi, Shiatsu, and Deep Tissue techniques. Each session is customized to meet the client's unique needs.

  • This service offers professional massage therapy and is not intended for any form of sexual misconduct
  • If you need to cancel, please notify me at least 3 hours before your appointment
  • First-time clients will be asked to complete a client intake before the service

FAQ

Out-call is a service where I provide massage at the client's location, such as their home or office. In-call, on the other hand, takes place at a specific location. For in-call services, I only accept appointments at a clinic in Ala Moana.  I need to rent a room, so it more expensive than out-call.  This service is typically preferred by clients who may not have enough space at home for a massage or who feel more comfortable visiting a location.

I get asked this all the time! First off, this is a solo business, so all the earnings go directly to me.  But more importantly, my goal is to ensure that my clients truly benefit from their massages, which often requires consistency. Believe it or not, it’s rare to fully relieve knots in just one session, no matter how intense the session is. It might feel better for a day, but there's a good chance it will return. I’ve kept my services affordable so that my clients can make massage a regular part of their routine. 

Earlier the better! There's a good chance I won't be able to accept same-day appointments as I’m usually fully booked. However, if you reach out 2-3 days in advance, I'll likely be able to accommodate you in my schedule. 

Nope, nothing at all! Just make sure there’s enough space for a massage table and that parking is available, and you are good to go!  When I arrive at your location, I typically start with a bit of conversation and consulation. You can undress while I step away to wash my hands!
